a playset for the girls.

so thankful that my dad was able to help. g loved getting to work with him & learn some tricks for building things.

lunch break.

my dad left soon after lunch, so g & i continued working on it all afternoon.

g was such a rockstar putting this thing together, and the girls were awesome all day.

our neighbor, adam, came over a few times throughout the day to ask if it was finished yet. i got out the water table to entertain the girls for the last hour or so that we needed to work, and adam & his brother, eli, came over & joined them. as soon as we told them that it was ready for them to play on, they took the hose straight to slide & had a blast. it brought back childhood memories when we made out slide a water slide with all of our neighborhood friends.

it was a fun family day outside in beautiful weather!
