fashion mags.

I had to get a rootcanal today...HUGE bummer. It was not a fun experience. Believe me. I rewarded myself with a Jamba Juice and three movies from the redbox. Thank goodness... it made my afternoon of drooling and an achy mouth MUCH better. I really loved one movie in particular... The September Issue. It is a documentary about Vogue's September issue which is always humongous... filled with tons of ads & fall fashion.

I really wanted to work with a fashion magazine post college, but my move to Colorado changed those plans. This documentary made me really want it... and it also made me happy that fashion is not my life. It reminded me of my time interning at TeenVogue and the happiness I felt to not be at Vogue... TeenVogue is MUCH more laidback. It was a better atmosphere to learn about the fashion magazine world. You may enjoy this documentary... if you love magazines like me!

i often had the job of "organizing" the closet... it never felt complete.

i was able to go to a few shows at fashion week!

and my favorite part... all the free stuff! i left everyday with something...

and a haircut for me,

eating out at restaurants that are not in colorado,

my dad gets me my favorite donuts,

AND...
i get to watch cable television in my parents 72degree home and spend lots of time with my parents hanging out & shopping. it is fantastic!
