columbian park. twice in one day.

we found the swing where g proposed to me 6.5years ago.

and my favorite part of columbian park... the frozen custard across the street.

she ate an entire kiddie cone like a champ. so proud.

columbian park was more of an amusement park when were kids, with lots of rides & games. now it is much different... but it is still great for littles. next visit i want to check out the pool!

our memorial day.

our families got together for a cookout. we were hoping for a sunny day, but the weather was pretty crappy. overcast & rain. millie & uncle grant played in the rain for a few minutes... we were surprised to see millie got for it! she's been in an "afraid of everything" stage recently. she loved it until she heard thunder, and then she was finished.

the indy500.

my first indy500!

nick & ryan got to the track around 5am to get this spot... it was a good one.

we were expecting much warmer temps... but the overcast skies ended up being perfect.

sometimes i wish we were back at purdue again... college was so much fun.

around lap100, we took a little walk to check out the pitstops and food options. the walking taco was amazing.

i enjoyed the race. i would love to go again and sit in the stands near the pitstops & finish line.

traffic was terrible. people were drunk & crazy, but i love new experiences like this!

after the race, we spent the evening on the clark's backporch... eating dinner & talking about life.

it was such an awesome day with old friends.

the perfect wedding for the new mr & mrs ramey!

it was a hectic day with all 3 of us in the wedding, but we had lots of fun!

millie walked down the aisle with me perfectly, and made it through the day without a nap.

she was tired by the time the dancing really started, but got in a few sweet moves with us.

my favorite moment was during chris & jess's first dance... millie asked for my phone to take pictures of them on the dance floor. she was right next to the photographers, crouched down, getting the perfect snapshot of the dance. it was adorable.

i cant wait to see the professional photos- hopefully i can post a few!

the rehearsal.

 a few hours at the barn for reception set-up, ceremony practice with 3 wild 2year olds running around, and finally a pizza & beer dinner to celebrate chris & jess and their big day!
