fall conferences... she is kind & works hard- the best thing for a parent to hear. we are so proud of her!

she started the year behind in reading, but has already made big strides... her teacher definitely thinks she will reach (and probably pass) her goal of reading "g" level books before christmas break. she is bringing home a bag of 5books right at her level, or a few from the next level if she is about to move up, that she reads a few times each over a week. she then reads one of them out loud to her teacher once a week to see if she is ready to move up. our struggle last year was truly knowing what books were best for her... ones that pushed her, but weren't frustrating. i'm thankful for these bags of books at her level. they have helped her so much! and she is excited to be getting it!
