a dinner party for carey.

I hosted a dinner party tonight for our dear friend Carey. She is moving to Michigan (her home state) with her little family so that her husband can get his masters at the University of Michigan... he will be a fulltime student, but still in the Air Force. They will be stationed at least one more place after his time in school, and then they will be back in Colorado Springs for him to teach at the Air Force Academy. We are going to miss them so much... and we look forward to their return in a few years! The theme for the party was... as one chapter ends, a super exciting new one begins! We hate to see this chapter come to a close, but we are excited that they will have some time free of deployments & filled with many visits with their families in Michigan!
