our saturday.

class was cancelled on tuesday (we would have missed it anyways)... so we had class this morning. millie was very unsure of the different room & the different teacher. she didnt want to participate for the first part of the class... until i told her that she wouldnt get her stamp at the end of class. that made her participate. and she needed to show off her skills for daddy! they have started the tap part of the program... it was so cute to see them try to tap their toes and heels.

after dance we went downtown for a free pbskids fest. it was ok... we got a free slice of pizza, and millie collected some stickers. thats about it. she wasnt into any of the other activities like the bounce houses or the fountain.

i really wanted this toaster airstream to be a cool food truck. it wasnt.

after the fest, we walked around the old north end area of downtown for some yard sale shopping. g found a special leather jacket that he was excited about, and millie got a few things... but nothing for mama. i loved walking around as a family, checking out the awesome old houses & looking for treasures.

after lunch & long naps, we headed out for an evening bike ride along the sante fe trail. the weather was perfect and the trail was challenging (for me), but still enjoyable.

it was so green along the trail!
